Expectations
This coaching program combines individual coaching with training in ways to build and sustain strong support for change. It combines three ingredients:
- Developing your ability to observe people and situations as they relate to the topics we will explore.
- Learning theory and best practices as they relate to your work on change
- Applying what you are learning on the job. I will encourage you to try things out – experiment – on the job in ways that allow you to learn from those experiences. Psychologist friends of mine refer to these as safe emergencies. Situations where you can try out something. If it works, you can learn from what went well. And because it is a safe experiment, you can still learn when things don’t go so well. And these experiences will be great opportunities for us to discuss during your coaching sessions.
As your coach and trainer, you can expect me to:
- Be your partner in bringing out the best in your performance related to influence and change.
- Provide encouragement and honest feedback.
- Respect the confidentiality of our work together.
- Expand your view of what’s possible and promote discovery of new insights.
- Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase your awareness and understanding.
- Be a resource for you in accomplishing your goals.
As my client, I expect you to:
- Be honest with yourself.
- Make a commitment to yourself to fully engage in this program.
- Be open to feedback and suggestions. And let me know what is working for you and what isn’t.
- Take ownership of your progress and your accomplishments.
- Take responsibility for your coaching time. If you are unable to give a two-day notice for a missed appointment, you may make-up the session by e-mail exchanges with me.
Optimal Coaching Experience
The Jump Start program includes three 1:1 coaching sessions with me. These calls will be approximately 40 minutes in duration. We will use pre-session forms where you can tell me where you’d like to focus your attention. And a post-session recap to anchor and enhance your learning.
Please contact me via Zoom at a time we agree upon for our regular sessions. I will send the Zoom link in your email appointment reminders the day before and the day of our meetings.
On occasion, you may have an urgent question, request for feedback, or want a confidential response to some situation that just can’t wait until our next call. This is “just-in-time” coaching where you can use e-mail to get a timely response. . . In an emergency, you can call me directly.
I will post content on our private website. I will assign some of these videos, short articles, and assessment tools in preparation for our sessions. Completing these assignments will give us maximum time to explore issues during our Zoom sessions. I will provide some additional optional resources. All materials will remain active for at least a year from the time we begin our work together.
Payment for the Program
The total cost of this coaching agreement is $3497.00 (USD).
You have two choices regarding how you pay for this program:
Payment Option A: Pay in full
With this option, payment of $3497.00 (USD) is due at the beginning of the program.
Payment Option B: Four installment payment plan
Four payments of $960.00 are due each month. (The first payment is due when you sign up for the program.)

If, after fully participating, you do not agree that the coaching process is worth every penny of the price you paid, just let me know within the first 20 days of your coaching experience. I will promptly refund the entire amount you paid.
This program is about you taking positive action to develop a powerful foundation on which to simplify and enhance your ability to handle the human part of change. If you participate fully, you'll get the type of results we will agree to in our first session together. If you do not show up for the calls or follow through on the commitments we've made together, the only guarantee I can make is that this program will not work for you!
